Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Enduro2 have soft start and stop?
Yes for precise control and excellent accuracy.

Will the enduro fit my caravan?
The enduro is suitable for L-profiled chassis with a chassis
thickness between min. 2.8mm and max. 3.5mm.
The standard installation kit only provides parts for
installing the mover within the measurements shown below


The ground clearance must be minimum of 165mm - the Enduro will drop down approximately 50mm from the chassis.

Are there adaptor kits available for non L-profile chassis?
Yes. For BPW flat frame, Vario III one-piece, Vario III two-piece, and Al-Ko U-profile.
Also available for shallow type chassis are spacers kits.
Please verify the height of your chassis in order to determine type of adaptor or spacer necessary.

Can I fit the enduro myself?
Please review the User Manual which may help you to decide if self-fit is an option,
or call 0870 444 8688 for your free installation guide on DVD (relevant to Enduro) or contact us
if not please contact your dealer or a mobile fitter.

Does the enduro have soft start and stop?
It has precision control operation and provides excellent accuracy.

Where is the best location for the mover?
The best location for the enduro is in front of the axle. However if this is not possible it is usually
possible to fit behind the axle.
(Please review User Manual for further detail, and check with your local dealer or caravan manufacturer
for queries regarding possible relocation of ducting, wiring or other items on your particular caravan).

Does it fit on a caravan with shock absorbers?
Yes.

Where do I find the serial numbers?
Location may vary. The image below shows the three possible locations of the serial number plate. Please note this before fitting to chassis!
